Receiving recognition and awards for five consecutive years was a great achievement, not only for photographers in Pokhara, but for Nepal as a whole.
Photographers in Nepal rarely organized systematic photo exhibitions. But Photo Zenith has been an exception. It has hosted many solo and joint photo exhibitions along the years. Among those are, one exhibited at the time of “Pokhara Fair” 1995 AD, and one holding banner of “Around Annapurna” during promotion of Annapurna Region as tourist destination. Photo Zenith was honored with awards from 11th to 15th Photo Contest in Asia and Pacific region, from 1986 AD to 1990 AD, which was organized by Asian Cultural Centre for UNESCO.
